2. Agency Relationship

Fantroy Travel LLC does not own or operate travel services. We arrange travel on your behalf with third-party suppliers including, but not limited to:

• Cruise lines

• Airlines

• Hotels and resorts

• Tour operators

• Transportation providers

• Insurance providers

All bookings are subject to the terms and conditions of each supplier.

3. Seller of Travel Disclosure

Fantroy Travel LLC operates as an Independent Agent of Outside Agents.

4. Pricing and Payments

• Prices are subject to change until a deposit or payment is made.

• Payment schedules are determined by each travel supplier.

• Failure to make payments by the supplier’s deadline may result in cancellation and loss of deposits.

• Fantroy Travel LLC does not hold client funds for supplier bookings. Payments are made directly to travel suppliers or through approved supplier systems.

• Some reservations may be non-refundable at time of booking.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation policies vary by supplier, fare type, and travel product.

• Many travel services are non-refundable.

• Refunds, if available, are processed by the supplier, not Fantroy Travel LLC.

• We are not responsible for supplier refund delays.

• All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.

6. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against:

• Trip cancellation

• Trip interruption

• Medical emergencies

• Travel delays

• Supplier financial default

If you decline travel insurance, you accept financial responsibility for any losses.

7. Travel Documents

You are responsible for ensuring you have proper documentation, including:

• Valid passports

• Required visas

• Vaccination records

• REAL ID compliance for domestic air travel

Fantroy Travel LLC is not responsible for denied boarding or entry due to improper documentation.

8. Health, Safety, and Travel Risks

Travel involves risks including illness, injury, delays, government actions, and weather events. By booking travel, you voluntarily assume these risks.

9. Force Majeure

Fantroy Travel LLC is not liable for events beyond our control, including:

• Natural disasters

• Weather disruptions

• Pandemics

• Government restrictions

• Airline or supplier operational issues

• Labor disputes

Supplier policies govern remedies in these situations.

10. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

You agree not to initiate a credit card chargeback without first contacting Fantroy Travel LLC.

Improper chargebacks for valid travel services may result in recovery efforts for any financial losses, including fees or penalties assessed to Fantroy Travel LLC by suppliers or payment processors.

11. Limitation of Liability

Fantroy Travel LLC is not liable for the acts, errors, or omissions of travel suppliers. We are not responsible for:

• Personal injury

• Property damage

• Travel delays

• Missed connections

• Loss of enjoyment

Our liability is limited to the amount of any service fees paid directly to Fantroy Travel LLC.

All website content is for informational purposes only. We reserve the right to correct pricing or description errors at any time.

Unauthorized use of website materials is prohibited.
